What was your reaction? Tell us your story!
Just like everyone else...I stared at the screen in disbelief...I thought my computer would crash and it would all be gone...just could not believe it all. Since I had only played the slot machines twice before and for very short times, I had no idea how I had won on Treasure Nile. I thought - wow...look at all those lions. It's only after winning that I investigated and found out they were Pharohs and how Treasure Nile was played. Honestly, the win came after about 5 minutes. I wish I had taken a photo of the screen.

What are your plans for your winnings?
First, I will be able to pay off credit card debt incurred from a prior job layoff since I was layed off again on May 4. I have taken my closest friends out separately for celebration dinners to share my good fortune, and sent my sister a check. Finally, I was able to donate some more money to the various charities set up to help victims of September 11. I live in the New York City area, and although our hearts are pierced and broken, our spirits are not. We have come together as a City, State and Nation. God Bless us all and God Bless America!

What do you do for good luck?
I try to follow any hunches that come along. Amazingly, I had only played Treasure Nile twice before I won. I won small amounts after a very short time playing. Some force, hunch or something, brought me to play in the early morning that very special day, which I never do.

Do you have any advice for your fellow Jackpot Madness players?
My late mom told me to treat everyone with dignity and respect...do unto others as you wish to have them do unto you.

What is your dream holiday destination?
It's equally divided between a luxury cruise with my own suite/stateroom with a terrace or a trip to London/Paris/Rome deluxe first class.

Is there anything else you would like to share with your fellow progressives fans?
I'm 59, single, have worked for many high-profile executives and celebrities and if I named who, a lot of people would know me. This jackpot enables me to fulfill many credit card obligations and make looking for work in a recession a bit more stress free.
